Couldn't put it down.  This book exceeds conspiracy theories

and goes into fascinating detailed facts about the medical establishment

in the 50's-60's.

Dr. Mary's Monkey does a great job of simply describing events and projects

I'm a scientist (physicist) myself and found this account fascinating.

Excellent and well-documented. I appreciated the footnotes

Dr. Mary’s Monkey is a compelling, provocative, and well written.

Unfortunately, the story is a strong indictment of how far

the United States has fallen since World War II. Medical ethics

have been thrown out like a pair of old worn out shoes.

Mr. Haslam did an excellent job in piecing the puzzle together

of the unsolved murder of a world renowned cancer researcher

in New Orleans, Dr. Mary Sherman.  Well done!

Polio, Castro, JFK, Lee Oswald, et al

This is an insanely compelling convergence of some of the

most riveting and yet arcane episodes of our generation (boomers).

It's hard to put down and is extremely well researched and documented.

Draw your own conclusions, but it doesn't leave many options.

An Absolute Triumph In Research

There is nothing more refreshing than an author

This book holds the *evidence* hidden for 50 years.

Updated from his original 2007 version, this 2014 hardcover edition

provides even MORE evidence of a covert government-funded

cancer project and our very own government's vicious cover-up

of the awful, horrible death of a respected physician and patriot.

Proof is in the photos!

A critically acclaimed, worthwhile effort from Ed Haslam!

He brings to light fascinating and crucial evidence of the

brutal murder of one of America's prestigious cancer doctors

and links that to circumstances surrounding the assassination of JFK.

An absolute must-read for anyone seeking the truth

beyond the cover stories and lies we are continually fed.

Hooray for Ed Haslam for bringing some of that truth to us all.

One of the best books ever. Fantastically written with the

authors first hand experiences thrown in. Tells in a factual way

with supporting documentation, a most captivating story that could

otherwise be a great murder mystery novel. Other authors could only

hope to ever achieve such style.

This book is absolutely amazing.  What a page turner!!

This very well could be one of the best books I've ever read.

All the pieces of his mosaic puzzle fill in the gaps of corruption,

politics, secret laboratories hidden in plain sight - among the nation’s

most powerful people - with hidden agendas so scandalous that most

involved were silenced or murdered!  So engrossing and creepy!

Mr. Haslam's thorough investigation is worth it's weight in gold!

July 8, 2014

Ed Haslam's book, Dr. Mary's Monkey, should be required reading

for anybody who is a health professional. He has revealed the missing link

of the viral involvement in so many conditions in the autoimmune world.

The resultant effect has been a medical catastrophe.

Fascinating from beginning to end... It reads like a psychological thriller,

and I wish they would make a movie out of it. The facts are presented

clearly and concisely, and the book is well illustrated.

It seems like we are very close to solving the puzzle,

and the answer is absolutely terrifying.

Everyone in the USA should read this book.

There is so much information crammed into this extremely well-written book,

it is hard to get your mind around it. Haslam connects the dots in ways

that no one ever has.  This book reads like an engrossing crime novel...

I rate this as one of the top 5 non-fiction books I have read in my lifetime.

I was fascinated by the complex scenario of Dr. Mary’s Monkey.

Murder, forensic science, and high level politics are artfully intertwined

and skillfully presented in this intellectually challenging and enjoyable book.

Cyril H. Wecht, M.D., J.D.

Ed Haslam, in his ground-breaking research into the death of

Dr. Mary Sherman in 1964, has uncovered an entirely new aspect

of the assassination of President Kennedy – the secret involvement of

Lee Harvey Oswald in an illegal, unethical, and extremely dangerous

laboratory intent on developing carcinogenic viruses to kill Fidel Castro.

As impossible as it sounds, one only has to read Haslam's Dr. Mary's

Monkey to realize that it is all true.  If it were not for the tragic death

of Dr. Sherman, the bizarre findings of her autopsy, and the interviews

Mr. Haslam had with Judyth Vary Baker, we may never have discovered

the truth of where Oswald was early in 1963 before he became involved

in the assassination. Doctor Mary's Monkey is indeed a book you will not forget.

I can't.

Insightful and Mind Blowing

Ed Haslam has produced an extremely well researched volume.

If you never quite understood how humans became infected with viruses

from monkeys, this book provides all the answers.

The death of Dr. Mary Sherman remains a mystery, but Mr. Haslam lays

all the groundwork for a solid hypothesis. And I do mean solid.

Haslam also provides an excellent character assessment of Dr. Alton Ochsner.

Most of the places referred to in the book are very close to Lafayette Square.

I shiver as I walk its streets. Oswald, Banister, Ferrie, Shaw, Ochsner, and

wonderful beautiful Dr. Mary Sherman, all walked the same streets.

Dr. Mary's Monkey will put you right there!

All of these mysterious clues come together to create

one of the most mind boggling tales of true crime

You will think twice about taking another shot for

It is a must for anyone that enjoys a great conspiracy... especially one that is probably true!!!

Mary Sherman... was my doctor...!!!

This is the book I have waited 40+ years to read...

I read it in 2 nights, and I read every word twice...

The mind just could not absorb it all with just one reading...

Just an awesome book... I commend the author for the fine job he did...

This book is one-of-a-kind.

If you don't want to be challenged… don't bother to read Dr Mary's Monkey,

for it will disrupt your complacency and demolish your assumptions.

An incredible journey. Absolutely brilliant writing!

A book that should be in everyone's home.

You can NOT put this book down.

The documentation and footnotes are flawless.

One of the best and most riveting books I have EVER read!

Dr. Mary’s Monkey is a dark, credible tale of the misuses of

medicine whose impact affects all of us down to this very day.

The fast-paced narrative moves inexorably forward through a morass

of intrigue, corruption and medical malfeasance to his stunning conclusion.

There is so much information packed into the pages that I had to

stop reading for a day or so to conceptualize what I had just ingested

and assessed whether or not it was even possible. Possible or not -

the mere thought that this theory even could be true is phenomenal.

Overall - a compelling and mind twisting read. You won't be sorry for investing the time.

Fantastic book! I've referred the book to everyone I know and

I am ordering another 4 copies today… for friends.

Leslie (New Orleans, LA), July 2, 2008

I have just finished reading the book and found it more than interesting

and have no hesitation in recommending it. I found it rather compelling

and consider it provides greater insights into the world of LHO and

the background to JFK with which I was not at all familiar.

Extremely Insightful

This book will definitely make you reconsider the murder of JFK,

along with the cancer so many of us fight each day.

V. Kopiec (North Carolina), June 23, 2008

Very interesting reading

Excellent writing style, easy to read. I love that throughout the book…

Makes one question the level of evil reigns over the masses.

Fact finding and proof is well established. Fascinating!

mandybelle (Kentucky), June 13, 2008

Excellent ! Catches the imagination...

Great book embedded in the TRUTH; and, the TRUTH will let you

understand many reasons for things happening in our world today...

This book, without a doubt, was one of the best researched,

well written, page turning books that I have ever read ...

impactful, eye opening, thought provoking, history challenging ride.

Truly fascinating.

When I first found “Dr. Mary’s Monkey” in medical history

at the bookstore, I thought it strangely placed. Now, I realize

because it crosses the divide of mere intrigue to ask the hardest

ethical questions regarding that which should indeed no longer be

clandestine, hidden and taboo, it seems to be in the appropriate place.

Incredible Revelations, Painstakingly Researched.

Don't be fooled by the flippant tone of the title:

this is one meticulously researched book.

It is replete with absolutely breathtaking revelations.

Too bad they NEVER give Pulitzers in this genre.

The best I've read in the past year: "Dr. Mary's Monkey," by Ed Haslam…

I'm not a huge conspiracy person, but I couldn't put it down.

And nobody's suing him. I met him at a dinner party and he's a really delightful guy,

not a conspiracy-theory, out-of-control nut job.

After reading this book, I began to see certain patterns of history…

See for yourself what kind of fetid and odorous intellectual dungeon

you have been born into.  Read it twice.

Hats off to Edward Haslam for coming out with this amazing book!

I am telling everyone I know about this book.  I hope Dr Mary's Monkey

becomes a movie filmed with correctness and good taste.

The Book is Fantastic! I was absolutely mesmerized!

The whole country needs to hear his story.

Thanks again for such a wonderful book!

This book was the BEST BOOK I’ve ever read!!!... It is wonderful.

                                    Lisa R. Thomas, 2007

The Story of the Century still being hidden from the public.

Haslam claims he's NOT the investigation, but his exposure is enough,

that if one reads the work entirely with an open mind,

they will understand why 60 Minute TV Magazine Producers

call this the "story of the century."

One terrific book.  An eye opener.  I had to fight to get the book back

from anyone I loaned it to. I give it a five star rating and hope that everyone

gets a chance to read this strange and interesting book.

Excellent.  The best book I've read in a long time, I could not put it down.

Anyone in the medical field or a JFK enthusiast or history buff would enjoy this book.

I think it's one of the best books out there!

Well written and researched, with careful conclusions!

This book is thoroughly referenced and very believable.

I would recommend it to any discernible student of modern history.

Do not read this book thinking you will read another Kennedy

assassination theory. It is not. It is much more.

"Dr. Mary's Monkey" scares the reader silly…

A  totally absorbing page-turner that screams for local, if not national, attention.

Diana Faillace Von Behren

This is a fabulous book. A fascinating unraveling of overlapping mysteries.

Ed Haslam is an excellent writer. I was captured as much by his use of words

as the incredible story he tells.

Patricia Robinett

I have read it several times.  It is absolutely fascinating!

Deborah Auberbach

You will probably agree with me after reading this book that Mr. Haslam

was uniquely placed to write this book. To the two-part question,

"Is the author credible, and will I learn anything new from his book?",

I answer, "Yes and yes."

Phillip M. Rose
